Benjamin enjoys teaching and has rich experience in private coaching. Currently, he is appointed professor at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles.

Previously, Benjamin coached academists to obtain their positions in the Bayerisches Staatsorchester and Sinfonieorchester Basel.
